Long Trousers: the long trousers were made of the same material as the tropical blouse, and were in basic cut and design as the field grey trousers, but with a horizontal waist edge and a built-in belt. The ends of the legs were sometimes found with drawstrings. They were usually worn with the lace-up shoes, with the bottoms of the trousers gathered at the ankles.
