Custom Tailored items Need exchange after received

This list for exchange the CUSTOM TAILORED items you received. 

PLEASE understand, the custom tailored tunics, trousers, and overcosts are in special sizes which just fit you. So, that was useless for me, I cannot resell it to other customers. So, The exchange fees are very high. 

And you must return the wrong one to us at first. When we received, will send the exchange to you.

Q: Why need pay this fee?

A: Because of the custom tailored tunics, trousers, and overcost are in special sizes which just fit you. So, that was useless for us, we cannot resell it to other customers. So, The exchange fees are very high. So, we must ask you to pay the money of remake fees,  AND RESEND SHIPPING COST. And you need return the items, the return shipping cost on your account. Thanks.

For caps, shipping cost USD 12 / per. For uniforms, shipping cost USD 25 / per. Our system will calculate for you. DON'T CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING SERVICE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND exchange items do not accept free shipping service. If you choose, we'll cancel and ask make a new order again.

Q: What kind of products need pay this fee?

A: All the uniforms and caps. Please CONTACT US at first.  

Q: How to use this list?

A: Please type the 'Your order number'. In 'Your Requests' blank, please type all you need, for example, need change to another style tunic, or change the cap sizes. If contain too many information, you can also try to CONTACT US at first. If change a cap, please select 'Caps'. If change uniforms, please select 'Uniforms'.
