Q: Why need pay this fee?
A: After you received your order and feel some items didn't fit. Like you ordered a wrong size tunic and need exchange. I can accept your order, but those uniforms or caps are totally useless for me and other customers. So, I must ask you to pay for the exchange fees, and resend shipping cost. And you need return the items, the return shipping cost on your account. Thanks.
Q: What kind of products need pay this fee?
A: All the uniforms and caps. If some small items such like insignias, please CONTACT US at first.
Q: How to use this list?
A: Please type the 'Your order number'. In 'Your Requests' blank, please type all you need, for example, need change to another style tunic, or change the cap sizes. If contain too many information, you can also try to CONTACT US at first. If change a cap, please select 'Caps'. If change uniforms, please select 'Uniforms'.
