SS 4 Years Service Award replica.SS Long Service Awards was introduced by Adolf Hitler on 30 January 1938,it was awarded to SS members in the SS-Verfügungstruppe, SS-Totenkopfverbände and the SS-Junkerschule who served honorably and were on active service.
SS 4 Years Service Award was a circular black medal,the obverse bore a SS runes surrounded by oak leaves wreath,the reverse bore the inscription FUR TREUE DIENSTE INDER( (""For Loyal Service in the SS"")) superimposed over the number 4 with SS below. It was awarded only to NCOs and enlisted men.
